This Privacy Policy describes how Kit Collector ("the App") handles your information. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
📱 Kit Collector does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All your collection data stays on your device.
Information We Do NOT Collect
Kit Collector does not collect any of the following:
- Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
- Location data
- Device identifiers or advertising IDs
- Usage analytics or behavioral data
- Photos or jersey data — all stored locally on your device only
Data Storage
All data you enter in Kit Collector — including jersey details, photos, and collection information — is stored exclusively on your device using local storage (AsyncStorage). This data is never uploaded to any server or shared with any third party.
If you delete the app, all locally stored data will be permanently removed from your device.
Third-Party Services
Kit Collector uses the following third-party service to provide football data:
TheSportsDB
When you search for a club or request club information, the App sends the club name to TheSportsDB (thesportsdb.com) to retrieve publicly available football data such as club badges, founding year, stadium, and historical lineups. No personal data is transmitted in these requests. Please refer to TheSportsDB's own privacy policy for more information.
Camera and Photo Library
Kit Collector requests access to your camera and photo library solely for the purpose of allowing you to photograph or import photos of your football jerseys. These photos are stored only on your device and are never uploaded or shared.
Children's Privacy
Kit Collector does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13 years of age. The App does not collect any personal data from any user, regardless of age.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
